Ginger (peeled and sliced) 2-inch piece
Lemongrass (sliced) 4 stalks
Fish fillets half of kg
For Dressing:
Finely chopped inexperienced onions 2 tbsp
finely minced garlic 2 cloves
Finely minced ginger 1 tsp
Fish sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Finely chopped green or fresh pink chilies 2
Coriander leaves (for topping) 1 bunch
Dill (for topping) 1 bunch
green onions (sliced diagonally, for topping) 4-5 stalks

arrange ginger and lemongrass in a steamer basket and region fish fillets on pinnacle. Steam for about 10 to twelve mins or until fish is finished. To make the dressing, blend collectively inexperienced onions, garlic, ginger, and chilies. Add fish sauce, lemon juice, water and sugar. Sprinkle coriander, dill and green onions on pinnacle of the cooked fish. Drizzle with the organized dressing.
